 I have been a qualified fitness instructor for 12 years
and massage therapist for 3 years.
After taking the ITEC diploma in Anatomy, Physiology, and
Body Massage in February 2002, I then passed the IIHHT diploma
in Indian Head Massage in June 2002, followed by the IFA
diploma in Aromatherapy in December 2003.
I currently work for myself mainly as an Aromatherapist
visiting people at home. One day a week I do voluntary
work at St Francis Hospice, Havering, as part of the complementary
therapy team. I also still teach Fitness twice a week.
My main interest is in the clinical side of aromatherapy,
especially in John Kerr's work in Australia with wounds and
pain management.
I live in Romford, Essex with my husband and two beautiful
daughters.
