Pamela is primarily a reflexologist but has also trained
to offer Indian Head Massage, Reiki and beauty therapies.
Pamela worked for twenty eight years as a teacher working
with children with Special Educational Needs particularly
children with behaviour difficulties; ADHD; dyslexia
and dyspraxia. She trained as a reflexologist in 1998
and completed training in Indian Head Massage and Beauty
between then and 2000. In 2000 Pamela left teaching
to concentrate on healing. She trained in the ‘m’ Technique
in July 2004 and as an ‘m’ Technique Instructor in July 2005. Pamela
has found the ‘m’ Technique invaluable for those who are highly
stressed and anxious. She lives in Clacton, Essex.
