The 'M' Technique® is designed to be used in conjunction with conventional treatment. No curative powers are claimed. However the 'M' technique® has been found comforting by people with insomnia, low back pain, migraine, end of life agitation and general stress. For Licensed Health Professionals: Take all normal clinical precautions when using the 'M' Technique®. Use surgical gloves when appropriate. The 'M' Technique® is also effective through clothes.

For Those Without 'License to Touch': You may use the 'M' Technique® on your friends and family, but you should obtain written authorization to use this technique in any clinical setting. You will not be able to charge a fee for service.
