More than 2,000 nurses have been trained by R.J. Buckle Associates, LLC in clinical aromatherapy and over 3,000 people have learned the 'M' Technique®. R.J. Buckle’s Course Clinical Aromatherapy for Health Professionals was the first aromatherapy course to be endorsed by a national nursing organization (American Holistic Nurses Association) in 1997.
Dr. Buckle's book, Clinical Aromatherapy: Essential Oils in Healthcare, the first totally peer-reviewed, evidence-based clinical text on aromatherapy (published by Elsevier in December 2014). Dr. Buckle received the 2015 ABC James A. Duke Excellence in Botanical Literature Award, the first aromatherapy book to receive this award.
Her other books, Clinical Aromatherapy: Essential Oils in Practice and Clinical Aromatherapy in Nursing were published in 2003 and 1997 respectively.
